TENNISMART'S PRODUCTS
Are Tennismart's products genuine?
Tennismart only deals in 100% genuine products. All Tennismart products come from authorised dealers, so the quality of our products are identical to those at Australian retail stores. Please see our Quality Assurance page on the Tennismart site to learn more. If you have any reason to believe that Tennismart's products are not 100% genuine, please contact us to discuss the matter.
Why are Tennismart's prices so good?
Tennismart does not have staff, rent or large advertising expenses to pay. This assists in keeping our prices as competitive as possible.
Do Tennismart's rackets have warranties?
Yes. All tennis rackets sold by Tennismart have 12 month warranties against manufacturing defects. In the event that you believe you have a warranty claim, the first step is to contact Tennismart. From there, Tennismart will examine the racket and determine whether you have a valid warranty claim. If Tennismart believes that you have a valid claim, Tennismart will replace your racket with a new and identical racket. In the event that the subject racket is no longer in production, an equivalent racket may be provided as an alternative.
Are Tennismart's rackets pre-strung?
No. Tennismart purchases all of its rackets unstrung. This allows Tennismart to provide a professional and customised stringing service to cater for your preferences and game styles. You will be presented with various stringing options when you proceed through the checkout process. Alternately, you may purchase the string from Tennismart and have the racket strung by your favourite stringer. You may even decide to have the racket strung using your own string!
Can Tennismart provide items that are not advertised on its web site?
Yes. Tennismart can obtain most products, regardless of how obscure they may be. Simply contact us to find out whether we can find your product for you.

How can I find what I'm looking for?
You have several options:
- navigate by category. For example, if you are searching for a pair of shoes, simply go to the left of the web page and click on "Shoe"; or
- send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I place an online order?
Shopping and ordering online is simple. All you need to do is go to the product that you wish to purchase and click on "Add to cart". From there, you simply need to follow the prompts through the checkout process.
Once your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation via email. We recommend that you keep these for your records until you receive your order.
Is ordering via the Tennismart site safe?
Yes. Tennismart uses the latest technology to ensure that your transaction is secure. If you are concerned about using your credit card online, contact us and we can process your credit card transaction manually over the telephone.
Can I contact Tennismart with questions about my order?

Where can I find a Tennismart retail store?
Tennismart does not currently have a retail store, we are purely on-line. This assists us in keeping our prices down.
How do I become a Tennismart member?
To become a Tennismart member, you are required to be an accredited tennis coach. If you are an accredited tennis coach, please contact us so that we can issue you with a personalised log-in and password. Member's access to the Tennismart site gives you wholesale prices on all our products.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
What forms of payment does Tennismart accept?
Tennismart gives you a variety of payment options, including:
- Visa Card;
- Master Card;
- Direct Deposit;
- Money Order;
- Cheque; and
- Stratapay.
If you wish to pay for your item via direct deposit, simply send us an email stating what you wish to order, along with your delivery address and deposit payment to the following bank account:

YOUR ACCOUNT
How can I be certain that my order has been received?
Once you have completed the checkout process, Tennismart will send you an order confirmation e-mail specifying the products and quantities ordered, shipping and sales taxes (if applicable), and shipping address to your designated email address. Please note that this can only occur if the email address you submitted upon registration is still active.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where does Tennismart ship to?
At this stage, Tennismart ships to Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
How will my products be sent to me?
Tennismart uses Registered Post via Australia Post to send items throughout Australia and we use Australia Post Airmail to New Zealand.
Orders from the United States will be sent from the United States via USPS.
How much will postage cost?
Postage throughout Australia is FREE.
Postage to New Zealand and the United States is $10.00 AUD, regardless of the size and weight of the item.
How long will it take to receive my item?
This depends on whether the item is in stock. Whilst we attempt to have all products in stock all of the time, there are times where Tennismart has sold out of certain products. If the product is in stock, the item will usually ship within 24 hours. If the item is not in stock, it may take up to 14 days to be delivered to you. If you are concerned about the length of time that it may take to receive your delivery, please email us to find out if your item is in stock.
Why has my order been delayed?
Sometimes orders can be delayed, particularly if the product that you ordered is on backorder with our suppliers. However, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as we are aware that there may be a delay with the delivery of your product.
Tennismart will at all times endeavour to deliver your product as soon as possible. If your product is being delayed, the best thing for you to do is email us for an update. In the event that your product has become unavailable, Tennismart is happy to refund your money, or provide you with an alternate product.
Where is my order being shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from the Gold Coast. However, some of our products are shipped straight to you from our Australian suppliers. |
